What’s your return policy?

We accept returns any of our products within North America and within 30 days of purchase. If the item is defective we will replace it at no charge. To qualify for a return just follow these simple steps.
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item.  We are unable to refund any shipping charges, but we do not charge any re-stocking fees. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns Process We are sorry to hear that your purchase has not met your needs. Please follow the below instructions for returning an item. ALL RETURNS - SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS: ITEM(s) NEED TO BE DECLARED AS A RETURN and Brokerage Declarations to be Handled by N49 Designs. We will not pay any duties or COD shipment Fees.
  • Item must be returned in appropriate packaging materials and using a traceable shipping method.
  • No heavy scents present or detectable (Smoke, Perfume, etc)
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of return authorization to be accepted.
FOR STANDARD ITEMS
  • Package the item up in appropriate shipping materials.
  • Include the original box in undamaged and unopened condition
  • all items must be undamaged and be included in the original box.
FOR CLOTHING AND TEXTILES Please note the following requirements for clothing returns. ***Returns must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. *** Returned merchandise must be:
  1. un-worn
  2. un-altered
  3. original tags and labels still attached in an unaltered state
If the returned item does not follow the above requirements it will be returned to you. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
